Brief Story
From a young age, I was driven by a need to learn and to connect — with people, with purpose, and with places that tell a story. Hospitality wasn’t a career choice; it was a calling. With Sophie, my life and business partner, we poured our energy into creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and held. From reviving a family hotel in the Swiss Alps to launching new ventures while raising three energetic boys, our life has always been an entrepreneurial playground — full of joy, challenges, and deep learning.
Consulting, for me, is not about preaching best practices from a pedestal. It’s about walking alongside, listening deeply, and translating vision into action. I believe true transformation comes from alignment — between who you are, what you offer, and how you show up in the world. My role is to help you strip away the noise, reconnect to your essence, and design a business that works beautifully: for your guests, your team, and you. Because a thriving business shouldn’t come at the cost of your health, your family, or your joy.

Brief Story
I didn’t set out to become an entrepreneur — I followed my instinct to create, support, and uplift. My path was built on intuition, resilience, and quiet strength. From welcoming guests with warmth to styling spaces that tell a story, I’ve always worked behind the scenes to make the front stage shine. Partnering with Philippe in both life and business, I became the anchor, the pulse, and sometimes the fire. As a mother of three and multi-entrepreneur, I know what it means to hold space for others while building something meaningful — day after day.
I believe consulting should be human before being strategic. My approach is intuitive, holistic, and sensitive to energy, rhythm and flow. Whether it’s aligning a space with its story, bringing harmony to a team, or supporting a founder who’s running out of steam — I help people reconnect with what’s essential. Because when you feel good, your guests do too. When the backstage is solid, the front stage becomes magical.
